A task management application designed from zero for hotel operations teams. Built to help owners, managers, and staff coordinate daily workflows from assigning tasks to tracking real-time progress across departments. I led this project end to end, from concept to final design.
Tasks fall through the cracks when teams rely on paper logs or WhatsApp. Managers have no real-time visibility into what is happening across departments, and staff have no single source of truth.
A role-based task management app with real-time updates, priority tagging, and department-level views. Each user type gets exactly the information they need, nothing more.
A full website redesign for a luxury wellness and aesthetic clinic. The goal was to make the website feel as premium as the in-clinic experience while simplifying complex treatment information so first-time visitors could explore confidently and convert.
The existing website was cluttered, difficult to navigate, and did not convey the luxury experience the clinic offered. Treatment information was overwhelming and the booking path was unclear.
A full visual overhaul using a refined color palette, editorial typography, and curated imagery. Treatments were restructured by category with clear CTAs guiding visitors to book with confidence.
A website redesign for a dental clinic undergoing a rebrand. I focused on rebuilding patient trust through better visuals and clearer navigation, and redesigned the booking journey so patients could easily find information and schedule appointments without friction.
The existing website did not reflect the clinic's new brand direction. Patients struggled to find service information and the booking process was unclear, leading to drop-off before conversion.
Redesigned the full website with a clear visual hierarchy, improved testimonials placement, and a streamlined booking flow. The new design supports the rebrand while making every step of the patient journey obvious.
A website redesign with a focus on emotional safety and accessibility. The challenge was designing for people who may be visiting at a vulnerable moment making the experience feel safe, calming, and easy to navigate, so reaching out feels like a natural next step rather than an overwhelming one.
People seeking mental health support are often in a vulnerable state. A cluttered, clinical, or confusing website adds to their anxiety rather than helping them take the first step.
A complete redesign led by empathy simplified navigation, warm visual language, and a clear path to contact or book. Every design decision was made by asking: does this reduce or add to the user's anxiety?
